How to order 

In-Store & Curbside Pickup

• Pickup Location: Hollywood Floral & Creations — South Florida

• Processing Time: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2 to 4 hours after placement during regular business hours.

• Notification: Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email or text notification before heading over.

• Curbside Pickup: Park outside and call or text us at 954-708-0662 with your name and order number, and our team will bring your arrangement straight to your car.

Delivery Areas: We deliver directly across South Florida, servicing Broward County and Miami-Dade County (including Hollywood and surrounding areas).

Delivery Hours: Local deliveries are made during our regular business hours.

Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed during business hours. Orders placed after store hours will be processed and delivered on the next business day.

Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on the delivery distance.

Recipient Details: Please ensure the recipient's name, full address, unit/suite number, and phone number are correct to guarantee a smooth delivery.

Order Updates & Notifications

• Order Received: Once you place your order, you'll immediately receive a text message confirming that we’ve received your order request and are processing it.

• Ready for Pickup: If you selected pickup, we’ll send a follow-up text message as soon as your arrangement is fresh, prepared, and ready for you at our shop.

• Out for Delivery: If you selected local delivery, you'll receive a text update when our team is on the way with your order.
